Description :
Niroo Tahvieh Disc - Rotor -
Motors are asynchronous, induction motors in which the disc shaped
rotor revolves around a stationary shaft, which is fitted with a
disc shaped stator. The rotor incorporates ample dimensioned bearings,
which are packed with high quality special grease and sealed for
life. The insulation is to class H ( 180° C ). All electrical
parts of motor are dust and splash proof, to protection class IP65.
This disc type electromotor with its extremely quiet operation is
the heart of every Niroo Tahvieh Direct Drive Fan. The non-rotating
shaft is secured in rubber mountings so that there is no metallic
connections between the impeller / motor assembly and fan housing.
Niroo Tahvieh Direct Drive Fans
are installed in both the supply air and air extractor devices and
are designed for non-stop operation in permanent ambient temperatures
of -20° C up to + 70° C. Fan housing and impeller manufactured
form galvanized steel plate. Niroo Tahvieh Direct Drive Fans only
take 1.5 times the nominal current on starting up and their power
factor is higher than 0.90.
Automatic Adjustment Of Rotational Speed :
Niroo Tahvieh Direct Drive Fans
have Considerably steeper curves than Conventional fans. The rotational
speed and consequently the air volume regulates itself when there
are dirty filters and coils and also high resistances in the system.
This decisive advantage is due to the design of the Disc - Rotor
- Motor with slippage of up to 50%.
Stepless Electrical Speed Control :
By the variation of the supply
voltage, rotational speed of Niroo Tahvieh Direct Drive Fans are
stepless controlled form 0-100% Reduction of the supply voltage
results in lower rpm and lower air volume and also lower power consumption.
Installation :
Niroo Tahvieh Direct Drive Fans can be installed in any desired
position.
Precision Balancing :
The complete motor/impeller/fan
housing assembly is dynamically balanced with computerized multifunction
instrument. The standard of balancing is grade Q2.5 to Q1. This
feature ensures very quiet operation and extended life.
